Rule Changes
- USAV Rosters are required at all tournaments
- The libero can now serve, they must have a number from 1-99
- CEVA will now recognize a BLACKOUT (Jan 3-10 and 17-24) week, this means there will be NO paperwork accepted the week before any CEVA hosted tournament. This means no changes or updates!
