Electronic Signatures Come to Online Registration!

Be aware that with electronic acceptance it is important that adult members register themselves and that a parent/guardian registers a junior player.
With the Online Signature the individual completing the registration for a junior player is representing that he/she has legal capacity and authority to act for and on behalf of the minor.
Coaches and Club Directors should not be registering their players. If they do, a paper waiver must be printed, signed and included with the team coversheet along with and additional $5 administrative fee. If the Club Directors have access to a computer lab you might have a parent computer registration night.
When using the Online Signature to verify who is filling out the form, the Adult or Parent/Guardian will be asked for their Driver's License or State ID number, so have it on hand before starting the process.
